Comfortable room with huge bed, very comfortable, good room size. Bathroom and shower small. If you were large you might struggle to fit in the shower, but the rest of the room is generous. Reception area nice, the real highlight was the excellent included breakfast which includes hot food. Even an automatic pancake maker! This hotel is ideal for those passing through or really for those with business to do in the business park behind. Most businesses in the park would be 10-15min walk away along pathways and footpaths - very walkable. The Little Owl next door is a great pub with good food in an old farmhouse. Very nice.

Room was excellent - clean, well-enough-equipped, comfortable bed (pillows were excellent), more than adequate bathroom. A good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine - decent range, reasonable quality - all that you can hope for from an overnight hotel. Staff were fine.

The fact that they had availability was great, the price was a bit much though. Paid more than 2x the amount here for 2 nights than I had for 3 nights originally booked in an apartment on Vrbo, but that idiot canceled on me 20 minutes before arriving so I was in a bad place for lodging. So again, grateful they had a room but it was pricey considering it was just a hotel room.

Great staff, nice included breakfast, comfy and clean rooms. Good amount of amenities. Vending machines, hot drink machine and bar drinks are also 24hrs access which was nice. There was also a small pub restaurant next door that was lovely, literally right next door.

We just wanted a room to crash in after a long flight from Australia - and that's what we had bargained for when we booked. We got an excellent room, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast was unpretentious but very good. All the staff we met were good. Excellent value for money.

I liked the room because it was very clean and spacious - perfect for two of us. It has all the basic amenities you will need for your stay. The hotel's location is close to the station, so it was convenient to get there. The staff is very kind and supportive. We mentioned a fault with one of the table lamps, and the staff offered a different room. Good breakfast menu, no concerns there.

Room was bigger than we expected and the heating worked very well. Beds were big and the bathroom had some good amount of toiletries (all dove!). Staff were very nice and understanding and made the check in smooth. The restaurant had a lovely view of some squirrels running around. We liked that we had a hot breakfast included and that the bar staff was really helpful to us in the evening. Overall it was OK.

The location was perfect for the airport with only a 10 minute drive, when I arrived to check in the reception staff were very helpful and we only had a few minutes to wait for our room. The room itself was small but adequate for our 1 night stay. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style and was very good with plenty of choice. For anyone visiting the NEC or travelling to the airport I would highly recommend it.There is also a very nice country style pub next door with Good food and good ale, so another plus to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, loads of options including choice for people with different dietary requirements. The bed was extremely comfortable very close to the NEC. And the food for both dinner and lunch was nice, price matches the quality.

I liked everything about this hotel, super comfy beds, quiet rooms, super clean, fluffy towels, shower gel and shampoo provided. The reception is a lovely place to relax, the bar too. I was blown away with the quality and choice at breakfast. You could eat as much as you wished. Tables were being cleaned as soon as vacated. Every member of staff were friendly, helpful and smiley. To top it all, there is a lovely oldie world pub right next door. I will 100% stay there next time I'm in Birmingham 😊....and no I don't work for the hotel group lol
